Clayton brings experience working within both advocacy and arts service positions as the previous Executive Director of the Aboriginal Curatorial Collective. Clayton identifies without gender and is a Metis multi-artist living and working in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. Clayton\u2019s artist roots grow through community arts and artist-run culture working with Aanmitaagzi Storymakers as a core artist on multiple projects and at the White Water Gallery as previous ED. Clayton is an active filmmaker, designer, writer and curator that navigates the arts systems of Canada as part of their arts practice. Clayton is excited to be working with the ARCA board and each member artist-run association to determine pathways for members\u2019 development and how mutually beneficial actions can occur between people, regions and communities.<\/p>\n<p>ARCA thanks outgoing Executive Director Anne Bertrand for her years of dedicated service to Artist-Run culture and for working with Clayton to facilitate an organized transition of directorships.
